Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) application Process

The purpose of the HUBZone Program is to provide Federal contracting assistance for qualified small business
concerns located in historically underutilized business zones. While the entire island of Guam has been designated a
HUBZone, firms must apply for certification with the US Small Business Administration. PTAC will take you through the
application process and help you to address follow up requirements from SBA.
